What happens after checkout?
How does the split-pay actually work?
Stripe charges your $75 deposit at checkout and securely saves your card. Our team gets to work right away. When your finished site is delivered (usually within 24 hours), we mark it complete and Stripe automatically charges the remaining $75 to the same card — no second checkout, no chasing. If we never deliver, the balance never charges. Max risk: $75.
What if I don't like the preview?
You're out the $75 deposit, that's it. The balance only fires when we deliver a finished site you've actually seen. You can also use your revision pass to change direction before delivery — most preview misses are color, copy, or layout tweaks, not full rebuilds.
Is $150 the full price to finish my website?
Yes. $75 + $75 = $150 covers the homepage preview, full buildout, and one revision pass. Add-ons (logo, flyer, business card) are charged with the deposit if you select them.
Why does the preview get deleted after 72 hours?
Your preview link is live for 72 hours, then auto-deleted unless you continue to buildout. Keeps temporary draft links from sitting live forever.
Are payments actually processed?
Yes. Stripe processes both charges — the deposit at checkout, and the balance off-session when our team marks delivery. Stripe Radar handles fraud/decline detection on both.
What information is saved?
Your name, contact, business name, current site or preview link, revision notes, selected add-ons, deposit + balance amounts, and Stripe references for both charges are saved for fulfillment. Completed preview brief transcripts are emailed to proposals@hustleos.co.
